Dear PCST Members,

I'm interested in contacting science communicators working within national governments/parliaments around the world who help translate science into easy to understand documents and policy briefs (and other formats) for politicians and other decision-makers in government. At the PCST conference in Sweden last year, I met someone working for the Swedish Parliament who does such a job. She works directly with the politicians, not for a government department. Are there any others? I'm specifically looking for communicators that are serving all the elected politicians and not just the ruling political party. (My apologies if my political terminology is not strictly accurate, hopefully the meaning is clear.)

I would also be interested in organisations that do this for politicians/decision-makers, particularly nationally funded organisations (eg CSIRO in Australia does a breakfast for politicians, briefing them on topical areas of science).

Regards,
Jacinta
